1:1 Reformer

Using the Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformer, this safe, effective and innovative Pilates equipment incorporates springs and resistance to Pilates exercises for a full body workout. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

The Reformer can challenge and support the body with its unique spring system. These private 1:1 sessions are 45 minutes and take place in my Home Studio in Mytchett, Camberley.

Reformer classes will introduce you to a range of progressive Pilates exercises, allowing for a greater range of exercises, supporting your ability and goals, supporting areas you wish to work on and whether you are looking to increase core strength, flexibility, spine rotation. Reformer exercises are beneficial for:

  • Hip mobility
  • Shoulder stability and strength
  • Improving posture
  • Improving balance
  • Lower back tightness
  • Upper back strength
  • Leg work – feet and ankle mobility

My classes will motivate, challenge and improve your technique, allowing you to succeed and leave class feeling confident.
