Larger group matwork class, feeling a sense of community to support and motivate each other, enjoy exercise together and keep accountable. Classes are mixed ability.

Increasing self-confidence, strength and mobility whilst ensuring the instructor can continue to support, assist and correct individuals during class to get the most out of your Pilates practice. No class is ever the same, they challenge and strengthen every part of the body. Designed to introduce you to Pilates, to help relieve aches and pains. Classes will introduce you to the Pilates technique, key principles and Joseph Pilates mat-work exercises, modified and original. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace, promoting relaxation. All classes are mixed ability and cater for beginners, through to advanced clients offering progressions, and adaptions will be offered to tailor for any antenatal and postnatal clients joining the classes.

I am passionate about building relationships within the local community, and work in partnership with schools and community venues to host weekly Pilates classes. My community venues provide access to larger hall spaces enabling me to extend my reach and work 12 clients in a class, whilst still ensuring I can still provide individual attention and challenging yourself individually. Clients attending one of my community venues are required to bring their own mat to the class however I will always have a few spare to hand should you forget one week as I know how busy life can be! Regular physical activity is important and attending a community class can also provide a social opportunity to make friends and boost your mood and energy.
