Perfect for those who are looking for a personalised smaller class, to get to know the Pilates repertoire and increase confidence prior to joining a group class, or to support individual goals. Private classes offer more individual attention to ensure exercises are performed correctly and activating the correct muscles. A postural assessment can be conducted when block booking classes to assist in devising a Pilates programme to suit your needs and recommend key exercises to strengthen key areas. Whether you are rehabilitating from injury, suffering from aches and pains, looking to enhance your posture or simply want to take part in a class with a few of your friends. I offer private 1:1 sessions, duets and small classes in my Home Studio.
